Ethnically diverse teams at board level are 43% more likely to see above-average profits. At senior level, for every 10% increase in gender diversity, EBIT rises by 3.5%.

Last year, McKinsey & Company revealed findings that confirm what every senior leader should know by now: diversity makes business sense.

The number of women on boards has more than doubled among the UK’s largest companies since 2011, but there’s still a long way to go.

When it comes to women in boardrooms, the score card is still well below par.
